We prioritize transparent communication, timely service delivery, and a results-focused approach. This policy explains the terms under which our services are provided and outlines our refund guidelines.
Service Delivery
Project Start and Completion:
Services begin once a written agreement or contract is signed and the initial payment or deposit is received. All services—including campaign management, SEO, social media marketing, and consulting—will be delivered according to the agreed timeline and scope. Any changes to the project scope require written approval and may involve additional fees.
Ad Account Management and Campaigns:
Toperseo manages your ad accounts following industry best practices and our professional expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific ad account performance, nor can we be held responsible for account suspensions or platform-related issues outside our control.
No Guarantee of Results:
While we strive to meet objectives such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ROI (Return on Investment), or profitability, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other external factors beyond our influence.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Services Rendered:
Once services have been provided—including account setup, campaign management, content creation, or consulting—refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This applies even if the results do not meet projected ROAS or ROI targets, as many factors affecting performance are beyond our control.
No Refunds for Non-Guaranteed Results:
Refunds will not be given based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, failure to achieve marketing targets, or lack of profitability. Due to the fluctuating nature of digital marketing performance, Toperseo does not promise guaranteed success.
Ad Account Issues:
Toperseo is not liable for any ad account suspensions, policy violations, or platform-related problems (e.g., on Facebook, Google, TikTok) that may arise during campaigns. While we adhere strictly to platform guidelines, no refunds will be provided for accounts suspended or restricted due to circumstances beyond our control.
Service Cancellations:
Clients wishing to terminate the contract before completion may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the work completed, provided no services or campaigns have been delivered. Once services are rendered, refunds are not available.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for campaign success. Dissatisfaction with third-party platforms or negative feedback about them does not justify withholding payment or canceling contracts without fulfilling payment obligations.
